Thank you for your interest. I am a N.Y. /N.J. State licensed massage therapist who will travel to you. The massage I provide can be tailored to each persons' needs or complaints. Sessions can be very focused and specific. I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point work using swedish, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, along with PNF and active/passive isolated stretching. While providing massage for wellness, stress, chronic pain and soft tissue restrictions or injurys, my direction has a focus on athletic related problems.
